The 300 MW CS Energy Wind Power Project is planned to be developed over a wide area in Paksong District of Champasak Province and Laongam District of Salavan Province in southern Lao PDR. The project is about 45 km northeast of Pakse town by direct line and 25 km northwest of Paksong town.

The project owner and developer is Chaleun Sekong Energy Company (CS Energy). We believe this is the first wind power project for this company that has been heavily involved with Lao hydropower projects in the past.

In September 2026 the proposed project seems to be in the planning stage.

What seems to be a base facility for the project as seen on map below is planned to be located near coordinates 15°19'09.3"N 106°11'28.5"E (15.319250, 106.191250).
